yay thanks :D

Teutonic Order pic looks nice, though as a greyscale picture it would quite stick out among all colour pictures.

The crosses in St. John picture look ... well ... pasted on. :D

er grayscale? its in color.. aaand u cant have a colorful teutonic order man its white and black - its not the powerpuff girls u know :D i agree for st john, it is pasted on.. but thats the only pic i found suitable and alas it had no background :/ maybe i should try something else instead.

pasted on.. grr :D

Oh, Byakhiam such a critic you. :p Is the TO pic greyscaled? there is a lot of Black and white with the TO can't tell.

The crosses lok a bit..kinda as you say, but they look fine to me.

EDIT: greyscale comment too late.

Now that I look it again, I can see brown in one of the horses and the emblem inside the cross in one of the shield has a yellowish tint to it. So I'll admit my first impression of being greyscale was incorrect. Grey sky and that the colours not being very bright are quite deceptive in that regard however. :)

It's not the pasting of the men to the background which bothers me (though that's quite apparent as well), but rather the very pasted on look of the white crosses on the knights, which don't take shape on them at all.

Constructive criticism leads to improvement of ability, while wrongfully praising can only lead to stagnation of ability.

hm ok master yoda :D but the teuton pic is in a battle in the winter, come on its harsh out there. i guess i can try saturating it anyway.

i dont like the 2nd pic too much, but its no me who drew the crosses so what bothers u is not dependent on my execution of the given task ;)

Are you implying I am a brown-noser sir? :p

Constructive critism is indeed as you say. :)

I withdrew my claim on it being greyscale already. My remarks on it on my last post were more intended to explain why I made the mistake in the first place than criticism. :)

Then you should take my words as an encouragement to find better source picture, than as criticism on your ability to use photoshop. ;)

EDIT: Aystheini, I'm not implying that, I'm explaining why I'm not praising. :p ;)

one shouldnt doubt his abilities even if all he can do at photoshop is a stick figure man :D

ill work on this further
