Character sheet title scrollbox broken

When a character has more titles than fit in the title scrollbox, they continue off the bottom of the scrollbox. The scrollbar on the scrollbox does nothing.

This also happens with scrollboxes for large armies.

The scrollbar of the titles during scenario selection is shown way too late. It only shows if the titles use 2.5 times the available space. Same for the character-screen.

A horizontal scrolbar for the savegame-names would be useful too since long names make the name of the provinces unreadable.
