Assasinating Country Cousin

I tried and killed a country cousin with a claim, through an event, on one of my territories. Igor was his name. Right after i killed him I got another Country Cousin same name "Igor" same claim - without event this time.

Every time anyone in your court dies would be a bug, every time another country cousin dies is propably not. Which one?

In 1.02, I had a conquered pagan chieftain in my court. When he died, a country cousin appeared (and promptly inherited the claims and the 100-odd gold from the deceased chieftain). Just to test it, I used the F12-die cheat to kill off the newly appeared cousin. He died, a new cousin appeared immediately and inherited the stuff from the dead one.

So yes, country cousins appear whenever anyone dies in your court, and they also inherit anything available from the deceased.

Only when the dead person has no heirs, right? From memory, it does not spawn a cousin-heir if the stiff has a successor. (Open for verification, I have not tested specifically for this)
