Click on Ulfhild, and she is listed as a courtier in the Kingdom of Norway. Click on the Kingdom of Norway, propose marriage, be accepted, and voila, she has two husbands. Happened to me in a game playing as King of Denmark.
Seems she is getting some revenge for the men that used to get multiple wives.
