247) BUG: Change to Regal supremacy don't cost prestige/piety

Change to Regal supremacy should costs 25 prestige/piety

However when you change, you lose neither. Noticed this playing as King of Denmark, 1066 scenario. Changed as soona s the game started. tool tips read -25 for both, yet neither occurs when you do change.

I have seen this. Playing as Duke of Gwynned, changed to regal supremecy at game start in 1066 (since I had no vassels yet.) No piety or prestige change resulted.

Is this limited to regal supremacy, or are there more laws that don't give an effect?

1066 Scenario - playing as Denmark, performing all of these right at the start of the game...

- Regal Supremacy - listed as -25 prestige/piety - no effect on either
- Monastic Supremacy - listed as -50 prestige/piety - no effect on either
- Church Supremacy - listed as -100 prestige/piety - no effect on either


Loaded up Ducky of Provence, 1066 to test changing to Ecclesical Balance (start at Monastic)...

- Ecclesical Balance - listed as -25 prestige/piety - no effect on either


Out of curiosity I loaded up a game in 1116 as the Irish, who had Church Supremacy (note the different costs to change as well).

- Ecclesical Balance - listed as -25 prestige/piety - no effect on either
- Regal Supremacy - listed as 0 piety - no effect
- Monastic Supremacy - listed as -25 prestige/piety - no effect on either

Looks to me like noe of them are working at the moment.
