Duchy - kingdom? - of Pisa

In the scenario selection screen, Pisa is listed as a duchy. The title is also the duchy of Pisa in-game. However, the demesne modifier shows up as the same for that of a kingdom (x2.0). Further, the frame for the CoA is that of a king's yet the prestige bonus is that of a duchy (+0.3). It is not possible to pledge allegiance to other kings.

This could be WAD to simulate that Pisa is different to other titles, I find it pretty strange either way.

Dukes pretending to be Kings

In the startup screen for the later two scenarios there are a large number of dukes who appear in the list of kings. They also seem to remain here when you load a game later on.

So this might be a more general problem. Could you give a list of the dukes that are in the wrong place?
