Another useless scrollbar

Don't know if I should have added this to the other useless scollbar/hidden info data, but if you get too many multipliers on your province income breakdown, the bottom ones get hidden and if you try to scroll down, you're no longer pointing at the right place and the tooltip dissapears.

I think you are thinking of the thread concerning the army-scrollbar not working or possibly a thread on the character-title-scrollbar not working.

No, Peter, I think you mentioned it in the thread which I started about revolt status being masked by the province prosperity. You're probably right that it hasn't had its own thread before.
