After becoming King "Grab" costs ca. half Prestige

After Ireland became a Kingdom with me as their King, all Titels via grabing costs about only half prestige as before.
First I thought "Oh, grabing titels is quite cheap for a king"
But my consience told me that this was a bug and when i will use this, it is an exploit

Saving my game, loading again and all grabing costs are normal again.

Very minor bug (and in a few minutes i will post another funny minor bug. I love the Bug forum )

Yes. It just happened with me as the newly crowned King of Naples.

At first I thought, "Ahhh... Its good to be the King", but when I reloaded the next day it was back to normal prestige costs. (This was in 1.02)

Strange. My prestige costs are always doubled or even ten times the normal value after becoming king or duke. Gets normal again after reloading the game. This happens every time. No modifications etc.
Quite strange that it is halfed for him and increased daramaticly for me. *sigh*
