I´m playing as Russia, and got a message that I have got a conquistador in Adar (or something like that) but I don´t have a city, or colony named anything like that.
And a thousand men. I can see my new army of 1000 men in 1 of my colonies, but that leader is not a conquistador (I know how the helmet look like). So I look at every army in my country, no one has a conquistador. So I open my ledger and checked there too, no conquistador listed their either. Where is he?
Second after every popup window, I get an info line at the bottom of the screen, and I can scroll back to that, but is there anyway I can get the original popup window with all the info back?
Third how is it decided if a country will exchange maps with you?
btw why doesn`t is cost a diplomat to exchange maps, when it is under the diplomat window?

The lifetime of random conquistadors in 1.07C is a bit buggy.

Relations and what you have to offer them in return are certainly factors. Possibly others as well like monarch dip skill.

Reasons of playbalance I guess. You have to have at least 1 diplomat available though.
