Of course Just keep in mind that most (if not all) of the games are on a regular schedule. There are players from all over the world, and you should be able to find a game to fit your time zone and schedule. Or, if you have a good rig for hosting, you can start one

tovolana is right, it's best just to head to the site.

It works fairly simply, in the Online Games Forum you'll find games to play in, there is one looking for someone to play minor nations (Wednesday Central) and 2 others that are just finishing up and will be recruiting soon, also three more new game series will be recruiting in March, plus 2 new groups will be joining.

To join a game, find one that is looking for players, request a country and there you go, should be that simple.
