They're still there, but they die quite easily and don't cause any trouble, so it's not too big of a deal I don't think.

Two bugs noticed: Double dipping claims and dead men still in power

Have a save game where my wife (a duchess) added a count to her domain but her vassel is dead and has been dead for about 5 years, yet he's still in power??

Also what are the purple shields to represetn with people.

Other bug: Will see people with TWO claims on the SAME place and title. Why is this?

Also are claims supposed to multiply so danged rapidly- having 30+ claims at a time is a little much. Maybe they should expire?

There is an exploit with those 0 man armies. While they wandering around, it counts as the regiment was movilized, so the owner can't movilize that regiment again, or get reinforcements.

But now with 1.01, as soon as that 0 man army try to figth, they are disbanded.

May be, but they attack again and again. Though i win always :D it' s a bit annoying.

Bug reapears?

Wasn't this supposed to have been fixed?

If you're wondering what I'm talking about, then look at the number of people in the army...

But is it's the same then why duplicate it?

Indeed. No reason to duplicate it. It's just that it's easier for Paradox to fix it if they know the exact reason why it happens. So instead of fixing double claims they could be said to focus on claims one inherits if one already has that claim. The more precise the issue, the easier it is to fix.

I've had claims on territories that are part of my royal demesne... it's kind of disconcerting, having a claim on yourself :)

Hmm.... It still says the total size of the army is 794 although individual troop sizes are at zero.

Exactly.
I have another screenie that show the army size being zero, pm me if you want it.
The army also retreats the instant it meets another army (it's linked to a larger army, so not alone).

I was wondering who this Zoe is that I am having a child with...

:p

From my experience, the 0 man army bug is caused when you rout the army of a vassal and the liege calls the vassal army back up before it has time to get troops back.

I think routed/destroyed units should have a time limit attached of 6 months or so before they can be re-mobilized.

Anyway, I have seen this too. It's much less frequent, but still there...
What? We all know about Deme and Zoe.

:D

Ergm, to stay on topic and provide a good example to everyone, seeing as I'm a mod here... I have just seen the phenomenon, myself - the first time since the official fix back in some beta patch.

Edit: I forget to quote Duuk - my experience was similar. I routed my foe, but I also currently controlled all of his provinces (just the one).

Is this still happening with 1.02 ?

Yes. However they do tend to disappear after a while. Sometimes it can take a few months though, while they hang around some odd province.

I consider this one has been FIXED IN 1.02

I never see them hanging around for very long...

Post if it's still a real problem.
