dutch culture in the 2'nd and 3'rd scenario

I just saw that when the second and third compaign is started (so the non grand campaigns) there are no Dutch culture provinces!

sprechen sie Deutsch ? :)

they are replaced by German in the majority of cases,

when I converted the game to EU2,

I can play as Flandes, but any save in EU2 results in a "hanging" game when I load the Flanders save, :(

I posted it in general discussion - asking for others to confirm - but I didn't get any confirmation, perhaps I was unlucky and it works the other times,

I'll try again to make a conversion, :)

I made a second conversion from the latest scenario to play Flanders and now everything is working,
