4 problems with the latest patch

first one not all countries are listed under the trade.
the trade and under the diplomacy folder open negotiations section all trades go from zero to one hundred there is no in between.
if you pick Belgium and then wait one week then open up the trades folders you can't make a successful trade with countries in north or south America. it seems as if you can't trade outside your region.
as Bulgaria when you join the axis alliance you can't maintain a positive flow of both energy and raw materials.

You cannot trade with other nations puppets or with nations you are at war with.

@Zsar1: That may cause a CTD if no nation is left to trade with in the very late game. I did not get to reproduce this lately.

You do need enough free convoys.

The earlier should not be a problem once yugoslavia is annexed and thus a direct land connection to germany exists. As for rare materials trading wth soviet union can help with that.

I also found 1 bug or rather bad scripting. As Germany I attacked USSR in june and finnished Barbarossa in late august. It was to easy so I opened the console, did the nofog thing, and saw that the Soviets had around 60 divisions on the eastern border with Japan's puppet (Menchuko). USSR was not at war with Japan.

That is correct. If you have annexed all the nations and you are the last one in the world, you get a CTD whenever you click on the trade or diplomacy tab. Not sure there's much to be done after annexing everyone though, I only edited it so to see worldwide resource production.
