4 wars against England at once. Is that normal?

I saw England getting involved in a war and took the opportunity to declare my own. While I was waiting, England got involved in 2 more, so why not? The enemy of my enemy is my friend (for now).

I see a strange icon at the top of the screen, like a tree diagram, with no explanatory text and I don't know what it means.

Looks like maybe "low organization of an army due to lack of leader"? Though all your armies look fine, so maybe it's a navy?

That is low organization of an army on the front - usually happens because an army has no leader, though can also be temporary if you sent such an army to merge with an army that was already on a front.
