CoA shape still depends on culture in 1.02

From the 1.02 readme bugfixes:

- Religion is now always considered first for the shape of CoA, so christian rulers will never get other looks.

This appears to be incorrect. In 1.02 I still get Castillan Muslim rulers with shield-shaped CoAs, while Arab Catholics get round CoAs.

I can confirm it. Seen many times in 1.02.

One also gets pagan nations with christian dutchy shields, especially in N. Russia and Scandinavia.

I've also seen several cases of non-Christians with the Christian shaped shields - both pagan and Muslim.

Incidentally, are the northern pagans (like in Estonia-Finland area) supposed to have Christian shaped shields or not? It would be somewhat handier if they didn't...

Note: This one's still there. In 1.03, I've seen Badajoz and a couple other Muslim states in Spain with Christian-shaped COA's but Muslim titles. These happened after they had fought some wars with the Christians and after a load from a savegame - not from the beginning.
