Problems with Pagan and Moslem courtiers

These CAN'T be WAD. There's some serious problems with the way heathen courtiers work (You get heathen courtiers from the pretender joins your court event when you're at war with a heathen).

1) When selecting a female to marry within your own court, you can marry them off to Moslem or Pagan courtiers, thus producing heathen descendants! I had a Pagan granddaughter who the Letts then asked to marry. Tell me that's WAD?!?

2) You can grant any territory to a heathen, not just the claim that they have. This allows you to make some extremely exploitable vassals. My personal favorite title was "The Emir of Iceland". But anyhow you can produce a Pagan or Moslem in the middle of Christian lands, which looks like a great target - but you can go to their defense, since they're your vassal - and as heathens you can also automatically declare war on them if you prefer to go that route. Heck, you can combine 1 and 2 - marry off a heathen to one of your daughters and then give him a heathen duchy in some Christian area.

The obvious fixes are:
1) Don't allow female courtiers to marry heathen men.
2) Don't allow heathen courtiers to be granted a title that they don't already have a personal claim to.

1. Actually its quite historical that that this happened, atleast for islamic ones. I can name a couple that would even cross into EU2 time period. IMO though you should take a presitge hit, or atleast a penalty to be factored in with prestige bonus you get for a marriage.

2. Don't agree here. It should be no different than for others as well. if it were the case than no jewish person could ever have a claim unless by some freak he came to the throne because he had the same last name of the ruling dynasty that had no heirs. Thus you could never have in the 1066 scenerio a Jewish Crimea.

The real problem is that set_to_realm_religion doesn't work on infidels, so the children of those infidel couriters never become good Christians when they complete their education like they should.

Hmm, this could be a major source of exploits, effectively.

What do the others thinks ?

It works the other way too, I've seen christian and pagan vassals of muslims. What bothers me is the way that the pagan tribes intermarry with the muslims, I've seen Lappish pagan counts in Muslim Spain for instance. It's bad enough to see Prussians along the black sea without giving them the middle east too....

And is it WAD that pagans can be elected in Elective law countries? I grabbed Iceland in one game after a Scandinavian Pagan inherited it.
