Bishop takes his county when becoming Pope
I am wondering if this is WAD :
When the Pope dies, a new bishop becomes Pope (so far, WAD). When becoming Pope, the bishop bring his Bishopric to the Papal States with him . For example, the bishop of Narbonne, vassal of the duke of Toulouse, himself vassal of the King of France, is elected Pope, and suddenly the county of Narbonne is now part of the Papal States.
So far, it has happened for me each and every time a Pope is elected, with Narbonne, then Bremen, then Galitia. I am wondering if this is by intent, or if this is an unexpected result of the generic rules of inheritance.
Historically at least, when a Bishop is elected Pope, another took his old post, and the province didn't become part of the Papal States...
