Possible exploit with bishops

If you have a male courtier with eclesiastic education and you apoint him as Bishop of a rich province you get a large piety bonus, and thats great... but you can immediately revoke his title and you will only get the BB penalty, that will fade out quickly with the piety you just won by apointing him! :D

I think that revoking a title from a Bishop should cost you piety besides BB, so this could not be used :)

I just noticed this myself, yesterday. :D

Some discussion with Paradox required...
