Warscore Computation?

After crushing the armies of my foe and sieging their provinces to near collapse, I notice my warscore is at -38.

I have beaten a phantom 0 man army about 3 dozen times during this siege.

Warscore may be bugged.

Total victory gives me negative war score!

Started a game in 1066 scenerio as Duke of Ulster. Almost as soon as the game starts two of my neighbours Tir Eoghain and Tir Connail dow me. I fought one battle against each and destroyed their respective armies and laid successful siege to both provinces but neither will accept peace as I have a negative warscore of -1 against each!!!!! Shouldn't I have +100% warscore?

Also, despite the fact that I occupy both provinces they continue to start fresh building projects. This can't be right!!!! Even I can't build anything as my money is dissappearing due to having my army occupying the enemy provinces which continue to prosper???
 
Definately a bug. I returned my troops home to Ulster and Tir Eoghain immediatley raises its army to send against me. I beat it and win a second siege in Tir Eoghain. Three victories out of three in battle and three successful sieges and my warscore remains -1. :mad:
