Hello, lets say price isn't a liability, which CPU is the best in terms of performance in PDX games?

Like in all games, If you have a AM 4 motherboard get 5800x3D, you are buying new get 13600k. Difference is marginal, i have a 5800x3d it's really smooth in Vicky3 except late game when it slows down a bit, not sure if it's the cpu or the gpu though. I run an older graphics card, 2700super and vicky is quite GPU heavy also ,i think it's gpu bound.
Lategame Stellaris is comparable to large bases in Factorio in which the 5800X3D is still the best CPU available, on par to being better than the 13900k.
