5th level of Wisdom education trait does not increasing culture progress bonus with Philosopher Culture/Scho

Description​

Philosopher Culture tradition or it's Persian version gives +5% Cultural Fascination Progress per Learning Education trait level, so 4th level gives you 20% but if you updated your education to 5th you still get 20% instead of 25%. See screens attached.

Steps to reproduce​

Updated your Wisdom education to 5th level having one of those traditions above.

I guess it has to do with the fact that these new 5-star education traits are fairly new; therefore, the code to make them scale is not there yet. Nice catch!

I haven't seen in patch notes 1.12.1 that this was fixed, could sb from dev team confirm that please?
