6 lane traffic on ps4

I'm having a issue on ps4 where all traffic wants to merge in to a single lane on a 6 lane road regardless of where they are going. I'm going to take some screen shots and load them on here.

It appears to be a bug of some sort as I also have that problem

I've noticed that the cars only want to turn left from only the middle lane and not the left lane

Same problem with me, its weird and i hope they fix this
