Building effects not working

Hello.

To solve the quick loss of piety from crusades expectation I tried to add some piety from province improvement (like churches, templar houses, etc) with the periodic_score and percentage_score effects, but it doesn't work.

It adds the effect to the tooltip of the building and to the province data, but it doesn't give any piety to the ruler. I have done a couple of changes more and noticed that the effects for prestige doesnt work either.

Another bug that I have noticed is that, in the province data, the piety bonus are noted under prestige, and the prestige ones are under piety.

The royal post also doesn't seem to do what it is meant to.

And I don't know if the 'advance-spreading' buildings (like the library or road system) work or not, but that effect is commented out in the eventfiles.

Yes royal post doesn't work properly!
The other thing is only a comment, so it's no problem that it's commented out.
The important files are the advances_discovery.txt and advances_spread.txt!
There you can see that those building are useful for research and spreading of advances.

The advances/illness spreading buildings are working, they are included as modifiers, so if you have roads, harbour, etc. it is faster

As per the demesne effect, I found how it works, I'm posting it in the demesne thread

Library should also give a +25 prestige bonus when completed, not working right now

Just a quick note that as of 1.02 Libraries still do not give the instant prestige bonus and royal posts still do not give the benefit to efficiency. Basic bugs like this should have been fixed before retail

No prestiege/piety "on completion" buildings work, and it's really something I could've needed to keep my piety above 0.
In my opinion, these things should have been fixed ages ago
