I'm getting a penalty because Bernard the oldest son is without land. I don't like him that much and change my laws to make the strongest male child the successor. I give land to Leon and he becomes the successor,

but still the penalty for not having Bernard land,

why do i still get this penalty,

any help would be welcome,

It's not a problem with laws...if you take a look at the startup tips you will find a hint, that you will loose prestige if you don't give all of your sons a title.
