Usurping certain kingdoms/duchies/counts

I tried to search the bug reports topics of usurp, but didn't find any concerning this.

During my game of Duchy of Apulia (1.01, Hastings 1066), I found to be able of usurping the titles of Duke of Pisa and King of Papal States (aka Pope of...), because to usurp those titles you need not a single (0 of 0) province.

Another thing would be that I was able to usurp them for example a loss of 125 prestige, even I didn't have so much, going to negative amount of prestige (paid it out of - nothing?).

Can somebody confirm this?

Of course.. you can claim those titles playing by anyone (i suppose) at the begining 1066 scenario.
More of the same usurping bug - this time in 1337 scenario: Grandmaster of the Teutonic Order, Kingdom of Trebizond.

Usurp titles for some Kingdoms: 0 provinces are requested.

I saw already in 1.01 this bug, and also in 1.02 again: is possible to usurp the title of some Kingdom or Duchy with having no lands: some are Papal State, Consul of Venice, Duchy of Pisa; when you select these titles in the usurp screen, it says "You have 0 provinces and you need 0", so you can usurp easily.

Confirmed. Playing as King of Wales (started out as duke of gwed?? damn welsh name..) in the 1066 scenario. Usurped duke of Piza (-150 prestige), Consul of venice (-50 prestige) and Pope of the papal sate (!) -275 presitge. All of these where titles that I needed 0 of 0 provinces to claim. Further, I didn't have the prestige needed, but it didn't matter. Of course I ended up with a huge negative prestige, but it shouldn't be possible to usurp titles with a negative prestige at all.

oh, for the record, I play with 1.02 :)

as well as grandmasters of the teutonic, templar and hospitalier orders

can others confrim this?
Confirmed.

Gain enough prestige to claim Pope of Papal States (not kidding) for 0/0 provinces, then send an army to Rome and siege it. Demand that the owner of Rome accepts your claim. Congratulations, you now have the King of Rome title and ALL the old Papal Estates counties are your vassals.

Major exploit, of course, and an easy one to abuse at that.

also the archbishopric/duchy of triers is 0

FIXED IN 1.03 :)
