Does building small and medium castles raise prestige ?

I have played Bohemia in a the first campaign with the patch installed and I noticed that your prestige doesn't raise after you build them. The same it seems with library and school. The prestige isn't added immediatelly after you launch the building and not even after its completition.

I think I noticed someone suggesting that prestige and piety had been mixed up in the files. So, you might want to check if piety is increased when you build them..

So do You think they will fix it ? If anything the castle should give You prestige not piety. Hmm.

I just checked and the province_improvements.txt file seems to be correct (i.e. Prestige bonus to Castles etc..). Must be a bug then.. or?

I have noticed the same too, in the game i had going.
(now it is going nowhere until savethingy gets fixed )

Same thing here. I seem to recall it working on occassion, but it could have just been me not paying attention to my piety and seeing a raise from something other than castle building. Most of the time, when I build a castle and pay attention, I see no benefit.
