This is a little mod a my group has done up to enhance our multiplay games. Just thought I would share it.
The "123456789" folder goes in the workshop/content/281990 folder & the "123456789" media file goes in the mod folder. Both of these folders are in the Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris folder where the "settings" & the
"user_empire_designs" files are.
