A bug in ministers file

Hey, I'm playing with ver 1.06. I found a bug in ministers_chi.csv
The false below:
On the line :wacko:
52048;Minister of Armament;He Ying-qin;39;PA;Air Superiority Proponent;High;he_yingqin_chi;x
I think 'He Ying-qin' is a mistake. And I found no such Interface file named he_yingqin_chi.
'Ho Ying-chin' is true. ho_ying-chin_chn is the InterFace file.
