a bug in RE-installing the patch 1.01

Hi I had to reinstall Victoria, when I tried to RE-instal the patch v1.01 it said that it is already installed and refused to go ahead

Can you please remove the check that doesn't work or post a simple zip file to overwrite the old files.

the patch is not in the add/remove programs

Searched the registry to manualy remove the patch, but "victoria" is not a keyword there.

What are the keywords in the registry for the patch to clean them myself?

just installed in a different directory, with the hope that it might work, but NO. I am desperate.

Do I have to reformat the disk?
