A bug on the scenario "Trains!" (Mass transit) on PS4

The mission "Trains!" from the new DLC "Mass transit" is bugged.
Explanation :
You lost this mission if you have less than 1000 people and if 20 weeks are spent.
Unfortunatly at the end of the 20th week you lost the scenario while you have more than 1000 people. I tried it again and again whithout success.
I noticed that the goal "less than 1000 people" stay ticked while this not the case.
It must be general because nobody have the trophy "Totally in Motion".

I hope it will be fixed or a solution found.

It says "AND", doesn't that mean you have to keep your population above 1,000 AND do it within 20 weeks?

to get the totally in motion trophy you have to complete all three MT scenarios, not just this one.

This problem is reported in these other posts.
It seems that the team of the game already know this.
This problem is in the requirements of the scenario settings. It's wrong.
It would only be feasible if the scenario already started with 1000 citizens or more, which already happens with the others, but it is not the case.

When playing Cities Skylines on your PC, you can even create new scenarios and you see all those requirements that you can add yourself and it was common to put wrong requirements for defeat.

Anyway, as it is, the scenarios "Islands" and "Trains" are impossible to win and so no one has the trophy.

In my case, only 2 trophies are missing.
