I personally suggest that you add Japan should the mod work out but I'll keep my eyes on Europe for ya. :)

I'll try to get the borders as close to 1865 as possible.

I'm uploading super high resolution European map, the size is very big 8mb eventhough it's JPEG. The Internet is quite slow here, I think I can finish it by tommorrow morning GMT+7. :)

After that maybe we can discuss which part should be edited.

Prussia

If the game starts at 1 Jan 1866 Prussia will control all the blue and green areas, along with no. 14

North German Confederation

Red was the Confederation it's birth and the orange are remaining states that joined later.

Italy before/after Austrian-Prussian War

Europe after Franco-Prussian War and before First World War

The 1914 Mod can help with this.

Well, That's all right with the map, but will you make any change in it? If no, some kingdoms will vanish from the map... Will you put Baviera and Baden, as separated, yeah? And Hamburg will be an independent nation, yep? We will need some events for annexation of Meckelsburg and that annother kingdom that I don't remember by Denmark... I could try to divide Germany if you wanna...

I think that the importance of these German countries are low and should just be eaten up by the surronding ones: Mecklenburg-Strelitz, Anhalt, Brunswick, Saxe-Altenburg, Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, Lauenburg, Lippe-Detmold, Schwarzburg-Sondershausen, Waldeck-Pyrmont, Bremen, Hamburg, Lübeck, Hesse-Darmstadt, Nassau, Hesse-Kassel, Saxe-Meiningen, Reuss-Greiz, Schaumburg-Lippe, Frankfurt, Reuss-Schleiz, Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach, and Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt.

So the Austro-Prussian War would look like this.....

Kingdom of Prussia, Kingdom of Italy, Mecklenburg-Schwerin, and Oldenburg on the Prussian side.

The Austrian Empire, Kingdom of Bavaria, Kingdom of Hanover, Kingdom of Saxony, Kingdom of Württemberg, and Baden on the Austrian side.

Also Limburg, Liechtenstein, and Luxembourg were all neutral.

Ok dude. Now I recognice that there are too many nations in old Germany...I almost slept during reeding that:p So ok, hurry reduce some of those nations.:)
 
Well, there's a ton of them, sorry to bore you ;)

Most of the countries are in the middle part of Germany, sandwiched between Prussia.

It's going to take a awhile to reduce the amount of countries but I'll do it. :)

But well, we will have witch ones in the mod? Hannover, Baviera and...?
 
Good time to bore ya. ;)

The most positive outcome I think is possible Mecklenburg-Schwerin, Oldenburg, Kingdom of Bavaria, Kingdom of Hanover, Kingdom of Saxony, Kingdom of Württemberg, and Baden.

Since the Northern German Confederation will combine Prussia, Saxony, Oldenburg, Mecklenburg-Schwerin, and Hanover, there shouldn't be many events made for those countries.

Baden, Bavaria. and Württemberg were around for a few more years until joining the Confederation (and therefore making Germany) so they should get some attention.
