I am currently having a few different issues with the game.
Firstly, when I launch the game it launches on the wrong monitor even though I specify what one to load on in the game settings on the launcher.
Second, when I do get in the game, and it on the correct monitor (only can be done by setting the game to a lower resolution and dragging it over) when i click on the graphics tab the game instantly crashes.
Third, when I try to start a new game in the game settings there is issues with the listings (see attached image)

If anyone has any fixes for these issues I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
Astrotag

UPDATE:
I got into the game without it crashing and I notice that the objects in the game have incorrect names for example: "object_wallLight.
I am still having the issues above, I am just trying to play on my other monitor.

That sounds like a corrupted installation. Run a Steam Verify operation against the game, see if that finds anything to fix.

UPDATE:
I managed to fix the issue with the objects showing the wrong names and icons by deleting my PrisonArchitect/data folder and then validating files on steam. Still have the issue where after clicking play on the launcher it goes to the wrong monitor and crashing when I try to go into the graphics menu.

No real idea on that one, sorry.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please send in the game log C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\debug.txt , plus settings.txt and preferences.txt too.

To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

Launcher cache is most likely the reason for that. There's still a several issues caused by it.
Go here:
Code:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect
and delete .launcher-cache folder and do the same for this location:
Code:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Paradox Interactive
.

There are also other things that can be done to fix this that used to work. Imma post them if removing launcher cache files does not work for you.
