i have a few questions i would like to ask...

1- the first is actually a bug report, i turned on the report about other nations new alliances as a pop up report and when does come up it is incorrect... it states that a nation has entered an allieance with itself for example it would say morocco enters alliance with morocco... but it says the proper message on the message bar on the bottom of the screen... in the future where is it best to report bugs?

2- inflation: the manual says when you build a gov's house it drops inflation by 1%, but does it help fight inflation in the future as well? so is it better to build enough house to fight you current inflation then wait to build more when need?

3- is there more ways to get more diplomats? to my understanding you get 1 per year plus any monarch bonuses plus you get more when you are at war... my current game i am at peace and no wars (i dont want to start any yet because i am the current badboy) and no bonuses so i am stuck with only 1 a year

4- when you send a settler on a conversion mission, what is its chance of success?

5- what does a conscription center do?

6- when you build a fine arts center a +5 bonus goes to you stability, but when you stability is at 3 it then goes to you treasury, does that bonus also go there?

7- when you turn your traders to auto what is the computers strategy? also what would be a good strategy? is it better to consintrate on one CoT or to spred it out?

8- how long does it take to lower your bad boy rating? i know how to look at it but how fast does it decline? ie does it drop 1 point a year or what?

9- does the history screen under the ledger ever work and what is it suspose to do? also does the merge units button ever work, its always greyed out for me i have to merge my units manually...

10- what are the bonuses/penalties for each difficulty level? i can guess what the ai aggressive level does but i dont have a clue what exactly the diff level does...

whew, i should rename this post to a crap load of Q's, but if anyone can answer any of these Q's i would much appreciate it, thanks...
 
Ad. 2 it seems that governors influence inflation only when they are built - so if your inflation is 0 you won't benefit from adding another one (of course governors bring other benefits - population growth, production taxes)
Ad. 4 The success rate is always visible in the colonisation screen as in normal colonisation missions, if you try to convert an established province (pop. > 700) it should be over 90%.
Ad. 5 Conscription centers allow you to raise more troops in particular province, they also increase demand for particular goods.
Ad. 6 Those +5d from Fine Arts Academy will never go to your treasury, so if yur stability is +3 it is lost.
Ad. 8 Under patch 1.07 BB decreases 1 point for every 10 years, under patch 1.08 1 point for every 4 years (but may not drop below 0).
