I have a few problems with the multiplayer portion of the game (and I know they're not patch related because both of them have effected me in HoI3 as well).

EDIT Fixed the save problem.

Second, the dreaded desync. It happened to us occasionally in HoI3 as well, but in CK2, whenever we start a game that is NOT starting in 1066 the game will desync after about 10 seconds of non-paused gameplay. It literally happens in every situation we try. This has forced us to start all games in 1066 which as you imagine can get a bit old after a while.

Lastly, whenever we leave and start a new one, our checksum is different and we usually have to restart the game to return to the latest checksum. This is really just a minor annoyance but it would be nice if someone knew an easy fix.

I know this is quite a handful but I'm hoping someone can help as I haven't been able to find any information elsewhere. Thank you for any advice.

I can't help with the desyncs, but the checksum issue at least is working as designed, to avoid desyncs coming from people that restarted the game playing with people that did not as far as I know.

I kind of figured as much... Thanks for the reply. I just need to work out these pesky desyncs now.
