Hey, I got a few questions. Here they are.

1. Is it possible to make taxes a once a year income but have it be 12 times as much as normal?

2. How do you change upkeep costs of units? I have been looking in "defines.txt" and found some lines about recruitment costs but none about upkeep. Is the upkeep just a certan percentage of the recruitment cost?

3. Is there is a tutorial anywhere, or does anyone want to explain how to make deisions?

1. I don't think so.
2. You could use mainenance_cost = x.
3. I don't think there's a tutorial, but people are pretty helpful around here. Just copy an existing decision and try to change it to what you want. If it doesn't work, you post here. :)
 
I still very noobie at modding this game so far all I've done is change what is already there I havent added anything. Anyway my point is where would I put mainenance_cost = x? Is it already in one of the files? Would I have to do it for all the diferent units or are they all the same?

And a question on countrys. As I recall from a while ago the procedure for making a country is basicly the same as EU III right?

EDIT: So when making laws and decisions there is a line that says ai_will_do = {factor 1}, does that mean it will do it? If so would changing the 1 to a 0 make it so that the ai would not do it? Also there is a line that says ai_will_revoke = {factor = 0.1}, what does this do?
