A few questions

Sorry if these are old questions, but I can't find the answers in the manual or the FAQ.

1 - Do minor powers like Brandenburg get explorers or colonists at any point in the game?

2 - How do you convert a province to the state religion?

3 - How do you lessen the risk of revolt in provinces you've annexed?

They've all come up plenty a time before

There are historical and random ones. If the country in question didn't get historical ones, u can only get any by random event, depending whether random events are on. I don't think u should hope for many historic ones as Brandenburg.

Sending a settler to it when the population is under 5000 or by random event.


Set tolerance/don't be in long wars/ ... But there's also nationalism, which when a country is just annexed is at 3% and that cannot be decreased, no matter what u do. It goes down with 1% each 10 years. So, u'll just have to deal with the revolts.
