What's that speck of green in northern Ireland? Did Leinster get back some homeland after all? Strike that. I remembered their defeat a bit more brutally than it was.
Also, I don't really know how income works, but how comes Frankfurt is the richest with only a tiny coastal area and no colonies?
Lastly, could you please also include an updated map of the HRE, with electors, members and everything else? I don't know why, but I'm really curious on how that one will enter Victoria.

So you become a member-state if elected Emperor, but not an elector. Interesting way to add powerful members to the HRE. Is there any penalty for trying to leave it?
I am curious about which of the HRE mechanics actually get copied over to Victoria 2. After all, it isn't supposed to be there originaly.
Also Sibir is pretty much the only elector I recognise. I guess I'll have to buy the game and download your save to see more details.
There is a weird inconsistency between the two final maps you've posted, insofar that there is a HRE memberstate bordering Norway at its very south by the Caspian Sea while the world map shows only the Byzantine Empire at that position. Did you make the two maps at different in-game dates or is there something weirder at play?
Lastly, what do the numbers under the elector banners mean?

EDIT: Hmm. Frankfurt also seems riddled with HRE states.

Provinces may belong to the HRE even though the state that controls them is not a member. In order for Frankfurt to extract provinces from the HRE, it would have to make the decision for the province to abandon the Empire, which hurts both your prestige and your relations with the Emperor (and also the Emperor's prestige). Also, you can't do it if you are an elector or if your relations with the Emperor are better than 0 For a state to leave the Empire, it needs to make the abandon empire decision for its capitol province.

However, the Imperial province in the Caucasus is actually a little piece of Norway, it's just hard to see on the global map.

I suspect that the Empire will not exist in Vicky 2 at all.

Also note that I've added a list of electors and members to the HRE update post above.

I think the HRE will just be a collection of sphered nations under Norway, which looks big enough to possibly be a Great Power. Speaking of Victoria 2, what nations do you think will become the 8 Great Powers at the beginning?

The shortage of electors is because of how I handled the HRE in the conversion. The converter wanted to make a couple of countries (Bohemia and Frankfurt?) electors that were not part of the Empire in Crusader Kings, so I took them out of the Empire manually. I was informed there were events that make new electors, but it seems as if they only fire when an elector state is eliminated, not because the number of electors is too low.

So you become a member-state if elected Emperor, but not an elector.
You don't become a member state when elected emperor. But it's easier the emperor (you) won't decline your provinces(including capital) from joining the empire. The imperial mapmode is a bit misleading there.

Fantastic stuff, have thoroughly enjoyed the EU3 portion of this AAR. Really looking forward to seeing how this interesting world is converted to Victoria. How do you intend to 'bridge' the HRE? It is not modelled in Victoria, and in it's current form it does not appear particularly sustainable.

The Dissolution of the HRE will be handwaved as something that will happen during the Long Peace.

Seems to me there are 12 contenders for GP at outset of V2:

Austria
Berry
Byzantine Empire
Denmark
England
Etruria
France
Frankfurt
Hungary
Leinster
Norway
Sibir

Will be interesting to see who gets left out.

What level of HRE reforms got passed? As long as the first 3 or 4 have been passed, I would say that all smaller HRE members with good relation to the emperor should start out with an alliance with the emperor or be sphere'd/close to sphere'd. As it is the HRE in game has been a rather perfunctory title for a while, especially considering the big chunks of its ancestral lands that AREN'T part of it.

That's very much a perspective from our time line. While the HRE hasn't been effective in preventing the loss of the German states to Frankfurt, I expect it has been key to slowing Hungary's eastward push. Ancestral is a matter of perspective: Russia's been part of the HRE for more than four hundred years, and Sibir probably saw itself as continuing the eastward push begun by Charlemagne. They might not view the loss of the German states as any more significant in terms of the legitimacy of the empire than the loss of France in our time line.

The first four reforms were passed.

IMO, the fourth-to-last reform, which allows the emperor to intervene in internal HRE wars, is what turns the empire into a sphere of the emperor. Since it didn't reach that point, the empire probably shouldn't be sphered by Norway.
