"A Life of Glory" diplomacy perk does not grant opinion bonus

Description​

The perk "A Life of Glory" in the diplomacy tree is supposed to grant "Level of Fame Impact: 100%". However, in my current game and at the current level of fame, the bonuses are "Secular Opinion: +20" and "Number of Knights: +2". While the excess knights are correctly granted, the secular opinion remains unchanged. This happens at any level of fame I've encountered.

Steps to reproduce​

Reach any fame level that grants opinion and take the "A life of Glory" perk.
