Description​

The "treaty of Saadabad" is bypassed as soon as "Ratify the Six Arrows" (3rd focus) is finished, as a result "Expand the treaty of Saadabad" is bypassed, "The Pan-National Association of Ultemas" does absolutely nothing, still takes 70 days and "Reinstate the Darülfünûn-u Şahâne" (1 research slot) is also bypassed. Idk if not having Graveyard of Empires is the cause but I doubt it.

Steps to Reproduce​

1- Play Turkey
2- click on "Treaty of Saadabad" an it will say "bypass" from jan 1 of 1936.
3- continue down the Ottoman path
