A PERFECT CIRCLE Gamepass achivement not working

Description​

Hello! I am aiming for all the achivements in the game for the Gamepass (Microsoft) achivements and a "PERFECT CIRCLE" is the only one left for me to do. I have did all it says in the achivements, I looked on guides, videos and for me it doesn't pop. I read in many places that in recent patches this achievement got bugged and it's impossible to pop. Please support, it's a super cool game and playing it for a long time to get all those achivements

Steps to reproduce​

I started with custom character with Messalianism religion in Iceland and with restricted diplomatic. Had kids, married them, their kidds married between them and so on and so on and will never pop. I am sure nobody cheated. I tried also with a normal character (not custom) and still nothing.
