If you downloaded some buildings for Simcity 4 you might well remember a recurrent problem... some custom buildings had a tendency to grow everywhere, to grow like weed, to invade your cities.
That was happening because the builders had chosen stats (capacity relative to size, value, attractiveness I don't really know all that could count in SC4) that were NOT adapted to said building and so the game engine had a tendency to use more of that building, much more... to the point that you always had to end up eradicating it and uninstalling it.
Please C:SL builders, use sensible and balanced stats. We know it's nice to see what you built easily appear ingame but in the end it annoys the player and your mod will be uninstalled and unused.
