Hello everyone, most eu2 games have the rule that a nation cannot break a truce/ceasefire/peacetreaty thingy if any territory was lost or gained in a real war (not a fake war).
What is the current mps communities justification of the rule?

Breaking truce is cheap on a human war - if you just beated a nation, and redow right afterwards that nation has no chances of victory so is beaten again in a vicious, lame, cicle.
