Hello, I have a brief question about installing patch 1.1.

Today while I was installing the new 1.1 patch, a message box came up and asked me if I wanted to install or uninstall certain files (even if they are read-only files), after I clicked yes, I discovered the item that's overwritten is about the Norway AI. This kind of message box only came up once during the entire patching.

I know clicking yes is the right thing to do. But I just want to make sure if that particular message box pops up during everyone's patching process. It's kind of odd to me that that one single particular message would pop up, and it's about Norway AI, which I didn't find in the 1.1 patch fix list.

Is this normal? Thanks! :)

Yep, completely normal behavior, though odd enough :)
The norway .ai file was write protected for some reason, so it had to ask you to overwrite it. It must be a very special file ;)
