A Russian (Read: CYRILLIC) Map?

I'm looking to find the necessary files that would allow me to play on the version of the map used in a Russian version of EUII. I do not speak Russian, but can read Cyrillic characters.

Any help with this search, whether it be sending the files or pointing me to a link where I might acquire them, would be immensely appreciated.
