When going through the wiki on Technologies I noticed that the technology "selected lineages" (leaders become better but more costly) has a very low chance of being drawn if you are collectivist. This seems odd as it does not at all seem like an uncollectivist thing to do, is required for the next level capacity boosters (which really is a collectivist thing to do) and when going to do policy window it is the individualists who are annoyed by it, which makes sense. Is this a bug are wrongly written on the wiki and by the way where does all of this information come from?

I think the idea that you even have lineages in the first place is anti-collectivist. But I dunno. Either way I would take everything written on the wiki with several grains of salt until the game has actually been released and available for several days at least.

When extremist "collectivist" blocks every type of government except for autocracy (monarchies etc) it makes sense that collectivist would care about lineage I think?

Depends on the kind I think, a more "caste-system" collectivism (which the game supports what with all of the bonuses to slavery and similar) would support this technology. I do not propose a bonus necessarily but it seems odd that they would only have a fifth the chance to draw this technology that others have.
