Hey, folks!

As the release of Sengoku draws near, I figured I'd pass along something to raise interest in the foundation of the game itself: Japan. Some of you have hopefully listened to the fabulously informative and entertaining podcast by Mike Duncan (The History of Rome), but more relevant to this release is a project undertaken by the Australian "Cameron Foster" that deals with the history of Japan in a similar but more abridged manner...though one can hardly fault him for that given the sparse resources of early Japan. I don't know if it follows the characters closer later on.

It is currently stretching from the mythical founding to the Onin War and I'm personally on episode 4 of 14 (listening atm, so this is increasing). :D

Linky Link. Note that the file-names aren't entirely standardized, so if putting on an MP3 player that likes to re-organize things, you might want to edit the beginning to "Ep01->Ep02" etc.
