In your earlier post, I was even more shocked to see "We are hated throughout the entire world."
Instead of modding your game of its BB points, you could load as your heir and wait until you inherit. They always start with zero BB.
However, given how powerful you are now, I suggest raising your difficulty and aggressiveness a notch or so, and or get rid of your chancellor also. The idea is to catalyse rebellion, subdue it with an efficient army, and as Slinky said "recognise their demense" to rid of BB points, yet keep them vassalised.
I think each recognition reduce about 0.4 BB points, so you would need to recognise about 20 or so titles (Dukes included too).
Waiting for your BB to go down is a bad idea.
