They appear in the screenshots in both a straight and in a waving variant. Are these wavy flags in the game folder seperate files from the straight ones, or are the straight flags made wavy by the game?

In other words, will flag modders need to make wavy flags themselves? (I hope not).

EDIT: having taken another look at the screenshots, it is clear that the wavy flags are animated... Which brings me to another question, is the file behind it simply some kind of raster-image (png/dds/etc.) or is this some other kind of file type?
