A very strange problem

Allright, I use Windows XP, servicepack 1, I have a firewall, true, but that isn't most likely the problem.

My problem is such, that when I try to acces "valkyrienet" screen, program crashes almost immediately on the desktop.

Any suggestions on what should I do?

You will just get bumped back to the mp forum since its an "mp related issue". Nobody from P will help you on this.

A couple of people had this problem and it came down to reinstalling the system. I dont know what the cause of the issue is.

I found the thread. You can pm him to ask if the reinstalling helped as I dont know if it actually did. Maybe you have similar drivers to his:

Meh that thread wasn't very helpful but thanks anyway.

Can some tech people help me? I have ZoneAlarm firewall, but that shouldn't be problem, because the problem is within the program. It crashes in V-net screen for no apparent reason.

I have AVG, but it still doesn't work even when I shut it down.

I use latest 1.2 patch and have Windows XP Servicepack 1.


Can someone help me, please? Anyone? It's quite a shame I can't play, really.

Have you tried with zone alarm off?

and the guy in the thread did have exactly the same problem if I understand you correctly- so maybe pm him might be a good idea?
