Allies seem to be pretty disadvantaged by some rules in relation to the date of entry into the war. I know the rules, but do you think a change is needed here? Or was it just this game that the Axis did particularly well, or Allies made mistakes?

And option C would be the combination of both factors....

Good game, congrats axis

Yep thats correct Zayro, the rules is still adjusted for V 1.2, however the board have lkast weeks used a few houndred hours in improving and changing them, and a updated set is avalible very soon for the group to vote on. Thay say that thay think it should be ready before next game.

The path to Victory

After having annihilated the British fleet and the Canadian army nothing could prevent the German Panzer and motorized forces from arriving in Canada. 35 panzer and 40 motorized were shipped over. Italy and Spain were asked to send ground forces to aid the attack on USA. Romania sent it’s large force of Cas bombes. Italy had been building a huge number of supply convoys to ensure the axis divisions would be in supply. On the 8 April war were declared on USA. The ferocity of the attack took the Americans by surprise. Their forces were all very soon in all retreat and German forces surged ahead. Critical support around Boston from Spain secured Boston. German armoured surrounded Detroit and destroyed the defenders. The whole Midwest were now completely undefended. When the German Panzer corps were moving south past New York, they came under heavy attack from American motorized divisions, but were able to repeal the attack. The American attack depleted their strength around New York forcing the American to withdraw south. An attempt to surround Washington meet with failure due to arrival of British forces. Due to massive attempt to attack south, Baltimore was weakly defended. British and American forces managed to take and hold it for the first wave of attack to take it back, but with reinforcements from the north Baltimore was recaptured. In the Midwest German forces meet very little resistance and raced to the Mexico Gulf. German motorized divisions are on the way to take California.

On the 30th of May 1941 the British and American realized that further resistance would be pointless and the uk send a peace offer to germany.
